One of the most common questions I get asked is “When do I send my invitations?” You have to give guests enough time to plan, respond, and send back the RSVP. Then you have to figure in time to follow up with the folks that didn’t respond. All this is based on when you have to get head counts to your vendors. Then of course you need to factor in time to have your invitations designed and created. Here’s a little graphic of the ideal timeline to help you plan your invitations and get your guests to the wedding on time!
Just a note – This is an IDEAL timeline. If you don’t have this much time, you can cut the RSVP window and follow up window down. If you know what you want, once you approve your invitation design, I can have your invitations ready for you within 2-3 weeks.
I hope you find this helpful!
